• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Feature Beam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you upload to our service.

7. Service Availability
